Only gave it one star as couldn't give any less took out my subscription in November all good until I've been trying to select my drinks all out of stock contacted tassimo all i get is drinks will be instock shortly still not in stock shocking that I'm due to pay the £60 to not receive my drinks i have emailed watchdog as not happy at all.

If I could give less I would! Bought the coffee machine with a voucher for coffee pods on their website, ordered some a week ago, still didn't get the tracking email I was promised. On their website, they kindly ask that I refrain from contacting them to keep the communication channels open while I'm still waiting for my order. Really? The whole process is just so slow, I'm buying coffee pods, not a house!! I can't be waiting 2 weeks for some pods with no update whatsoever!

Worst online ordering system ever. Was going to put an order in but gave in as their ordering system is so slow I lost the will to go on. Awful.

Do not sign up to there subscription offers, They are unable to run it as advertised, there system went down for months so was unable to make any orders no updates on problems and there customer services have not got a clue what is going on.Then to make matters worse they take payment for 3 orders in 2 days so £180.00p was taken out of my bank account. There customer services said they would refund just one & close the account, Yes you guessed right NO refund received.

Placed an order, their courier left the order on our front doorstep and it has been taken.Customer services are utterly incompetent either they do not reply or do not read your emails and send generic emails in response. Tassimo Facebook keeps promising a customer service representative will assist, again generic messages are sent.Clearly happy to take your money but not so to help when their courier messes up.

Awful products from an awful Company. Some pods fail to be read by the inbuilt barcode reader (only option is then to throw them away), descale warning light is forever illuminated, most drinks are out of stock, and promised refunds never materialise.

I'm sitting at this moment with a Tassimo coffee however the stock issues are really annoying. It must be very popular. I have a subscription and I do have to change my coffee selection. Anyway I'm enjoying my coffee so it's good it's just a stock issue.

Great buy very easy to use would recommend to anyone that loves the taste of coffee!!

I have a subscription with Tassimo. It sounds great, you get the machine for £1, and you get a delivery of drinks every 3 months.The problem is, Where I have selected the drinks I want, Tassimo do not hold back stock for subscribers, ensuring that when delivery date comes, they can actually provide the stock and service which you signed up for. Today I’m expecting a deliver, I have 7 different types of drinks selected when I signed up, and only ONE is in stock to send.They talk about how there is no restrictions on which drinks you can select, but when I go to edit my subscription and pick different drinks NONE of the drinks I want, are available. This is all caused by the fact that Tassimo are extremely happy for scalpers to be buying up all of their drinks from the Tassimo website, and then re-selling it on Amazon for 2x or even 4x the price! Tassimo are useless. Their staff are useless. If you have ever had any contact with their customer service, you quickly learn that they simply do not give a feck. They just always supply an excuse, but never apologise, never make an effort to fix the problem that they are causing. THERE ARE BETTER BRANDS OUT THERE, GO TO THEM

Machine makes a nice coffee, but all those with milk are far too sweet. If you don’t take sugar with coffee the only options are for black coffee, I would have liked more variety. Tassimo, please make more unsweetened latte/macchiato options (without any sort of sweetener, not just replacing sugar with artificial sweeteners), which would make having the machine worthwhile for those of us who don’t like their coffee too sweet. For me, I don’t use it much. Even the “less sweet” options are sweetened. In summary, don’t bother forking out on a machine unless you want only black coffee, or take your white coffee with 2 or more sugars per cup.

Love the machine but why is everything out of stock?? Chai Latte out of stock. Amazon Chai Latte in stock .Why????? I cannot get the drinks I want so why bother. Are we tied into a contact because we got a machine for £1.00???? I may just take my payment method off . If they want the machine back they can pay for it to be returned. Can't help thinking this is a big con. I've noticed other companies doing the same now, maybe to get rid of duff machines and duff coffee that no-one else wants. I had to throw 50% of the Costa coffee capsules away because they were defective. Now they won't deliver my order because an item is out of stock. Instead of sending it on afterwards. Now I have no coffee so I have to go elsewhere to get it. Bad.

Bought a tassimo Livvy 2 as it was convenient because it was compact. No issues with the machine. Got some pods at Asda which worked out well, but thought I would use the voucher via the Tassimo Web-site. Order went through fine and was due to be delivered, got a text from DHL saying I was the next delivery. However, got a second text saying the delivery was delayed. Didn't arrive next day and got call from DHL the day after about some scanning issue. Fair enough, they lost my parcel or its a scam. I rang back the depot and they said for me to make a claim at Tassimo. What a right cluster f. Raised claim and they can't send out more until DHL confirm they lost it. So DHL lied to me blatantly and refuse to acknowledge they lost the coffee pods. Enough of a rant. Best not use the voucher and go to Asda or Tesco. What a load of c**p.
